We ask that you keep a few things in mind to help keep the clinic a safe place for all clients and staff, as we implement the President’s recommendations during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We cannot provide COVID-19 testing. If you have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath and/or believe you have been exposed to the virus please contact the NATIONAL HELPLINE 0800 029 999 or send “Hi” on WHATSAPP to 0600 123 456.

If you are feeling unwell and need to collect your medication or PrEP we will assist you. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC directly. First message our Cape Town CALL4CARE line on 0606332512 and we will assist you.

We apologise for the reduced seating in the waiting room. We are practicing social distancing and may ask you to sit outside the clinic if it’s busy.

While our services are fully functioning at this time, we ask that clients limit their visits to the clinic to urgent issues, HIV testing, PrEP, and medication pick up.
